Ajman recorded more than AED3.31 billion (US$901 million) in real estate valuation transactions during the third quarter of 2026, according to the Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation.
The emirate registered 738 valuations, with commercial properties accounting for more than AED2 billion. Golden Visa-related applications also contributed significantly to valuation activity.
Commercial properties dominated the valuations, with 102 transactions surpassing AED2 billion in total. Residential valuations reached AED677 million, while industrial properties accounted for AED278 million.
Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said the figures reflected the performance of the emirate’s property market, where demand continues to grow across different real estate segments.
Valuations connected to property units within real estate projects also formed part of the quarterly activity. The department registered 165 such transactions, with a combined value of AED130 million.
Another significant component involved property valuations submitted in connection with Golden Visa applications. According to Al Muhairi, the department processed 414 valuation transactions for investors seeking Golden Visas, representing a total value exceeding AED981 million.
The report provides a breakdown of the emirate’s property valuation activity during the third quarter, offering an indication of how different asset classes contributed to the overall market. The emirate’s growing appeal to investors and residents alike is evident, with its property market showing resilience and adaptability.
The figures demonstrate substantial valuation activity. They relate specifically to real estate valuations rather than the total value of completed property sales. This distinction is important when assessing the emirate’s transaction data and comparing valuation reports with broader real estate sales statistics.
The valuations of commercial, residential, and industrial properties all contribute to the overall picture of the emirate’s property market.
The Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation’s report offers valuable insights into the emirate’s property valuation activity. The data shows that the emirate’s property market is active and diverse, with various types of properties being valued and sold. The department’s efforts to process valuation transactions efficiently are also noteworthy.
