Flexible workspace provider infinitSpace is expanding into the U.S. market through a long-term partnership for 612 South Broadway in Downtown Los Angeles, marking its first location outside Europe. The facility will open on November 2, 2026, occupying 32,000 square feet across floors two to five of the Desmond’s Building. It will provide private offices, shared workspaces, meeting rooms, lounges, community areas, and a rooftop event space, with capacity for approximately 400 memberships. The partnership also includes an option to later expand into the sixth floor, adding another 8,500 square feet of space.

The company operates under an asset-light model, avoiding traditional leases by collaborating with property owners who maintain control of their buildings. infinitSpace supplies the technology, platform, and member experience software needed to manage the workspace. This approach allows for quick setup without requiring full renovations, as the existing workspace fit-out will be retained.

This move follows four years of global expansion, during which the company grew to 8,000 members across three continents, with a goal of reaching 10,000 by the end of 2026. The U.S. entry begins in Los Angeles, with plans to open 30 additional locations in major cities, including San Francisco, Austin, Seattle, and New York, within the next two years. The Downtown LA site will be infinitSpace’s 15th worldwide.

Wybo Wijnbergen, CEO and co-founder, described the U.S. expansion as a key milestone in the company’s development. Property owners are looking for ways to make their buildings more productive and responsive to how companies use space, while businesses want flexibility without compromising the quality of their workplace. The partnership model and technology were built to address both needs. Los Angeles was selected for its reputation as a center for innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship.

The 612 South Broadway location will serve entrepreneurs, growing businesses, and established companies looking for a professionally operated and community-led workplace in a central area. The partnership model integrates artificial intelligence to optimize operations, reducing repetitive tasks and allowing staff to concentrate on member engagement and community development.

Proprietary AI Drives Efficiency and Community Impact

infinitSpace runs proprietary artificial intelligence throughout its platform to boost speed, efficiency, and service quality. The system cuts repetitive tasks, freeing staff to focus on hospitality, community building, and human interaction. This capability aligns with the company’s mission to make a positive impact on people’s lives in local communities everywhere.

Wybo Wijnbergen, infinitSpace’s CEO and co-founder, said entering the United States marks a defining step for the firm. He noted that property owners seek more productive, responsive buildings while businesses demand flexibility without sacrificing workplace quality.
