Account Termination – We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account under the following circumstances:

- Repeated abuse of our checklist tools or community features.
- Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) months.
If termination is necessary, we will notify you via the email on record and provide a step‑by‑step checklist to export any personal data you wish to retain before the account is closed.
Content Removal – You retain ownership of the content you upload, but you grant Real Estate Planner a worldwide, royalty‑free license to display it within the checklist platform. We may remove content that:
- Infringes third‑party intellectual property rights.
- Contains unlawful, defamatory, or harassing material.
- Violates our community standards or disrupts the checklist workflow.
Requests for removal will be processed within five (5) business days, and you will receive a confirmation checklist outlining the actions taken.
Data Handling – We collect personal information necessary to personalize your checklist, process transactions, and comply with legal obligations. Your data is stored securely, used only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, and retained for as long as your account remains active. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by following the “Data Rights” checklist on the Contact Us page.
