The story of a woman in a narrow alley who owns a Land Cruiser emerges in the Supreme Court Judge Bribery Case

The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) confiscated a number of luxury cars in the Supreme Court judge bribery case. One of them is the Toyota Land Cruiser 300 GR-S 4×4, which is priced at more than IDR 2 billion on the market. Who owns the super premium car?

This is stated in the KPK prosecutor’s prosecution file, which is quoted detikcom, Tuesday (16/3/2023). In the lawsuit, it was revealed that a number of cars were confiscated, namely:

– One Ferrari Type California car, metallic red, license plate number B-324-BBB

– One McLaren brand car, Type MP4-12C 3.8, Volcano Yellow color, plate number B-1-STN

– One unit of Hyundai brand car Type Creta Prime 1.5 AT, black, plate number B-1682-DFW

– One Mitsubishi XPander 15 L Sport 4 X 2 car with license plate number B-2899

– One unit of Toyota brand car Type LC 300 GR-S 4×4 AT plate number B-2709-SJ

So, the origin of the Toyota Land Cruiser 300 GR-S 4×4 is said to have been purchased by a lawyer, Dadan Tri Yudianto. Dadan is also recorded as having been a BUMN commissioner. This is proven by the Land Cruiser purchase receipt. The price of the Land Cruiser is written at IDR 3.8 billion.

“One original copy of the Jakarta Auto Garage receipt (red) in the name of DADAN TRI for payment for the purchase of a 2022 black Toyota Land Cruiser GR Sport car for IDR 3,825,000,000 dated September 23 2022,” explained the KPK prosecutor.

After investigating, the car was not owned in Dadan’s name, but in the name of a woman, namely Sazitta Damara Arwin. This was stated in the car’s STNK that was confiscated by the KPK, namely:

One sheet of Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate (STNK) No. 04355550 with Registration Number B 2709 SJH, in the name of the owner Sazitta Damara Arwin, address Jalan Petegogan I Gang V No 72 South Jakarta, TOYOTA brand, Type LC 300 GR-S 4×4 AT, Year of Manufacture 2022, Chassis Number JTMAA7BJ7N4024442, Engine Number F33A0028421.

The Corruption Eradication Committee (KPK) also confiscated the car payment receipt in the name of Sazitta Damara Arwin, namely:

1 sheet of proof of payment of payment obligations No. B2135644, Police Number B 2709 SJH, in the name of the owner Sazitta Damara Arwin, address Jalan Petegoan I gg V No.72 RT9/11 South Jakarta, brand Toyota Type LC 300 GR-S 4×4 AT, Year of Manufacture 2022, Chassis Number JTMAA7BJ7N4024442, Engine Number F33A0028421.

Who is Sazitta? The Corruption Eradication Commission did not explain this in its demands.

1. Supreme Court Judge Sudrajad Dimyati (SD), sentenced to 13 years in prison.
2. Supreme Court Judge Gazalba Saleh, defendant status. Had sued for suspect status but lost.
3. Judge Elly Tri Pangestu (ETP) has defendant status and is being tried at the Bandung District Court.
4. Judge Prasetio Nugroho, defendant status.
5. Judge Edy Wibowo, defendant status.
6. Judge Prof Dr Hasbi. On a daily basis, Hasbi is Secretary to the Supreme Court.

1. Civil servant MA, Desy Yustria (DY) has defendant status and is being tried at the Bandung District Court.
2. Civil servant MA, Muhajir Habibie (MH) has defendant status and is being tried at the Bandung District Court.
