South Tangerang: Sinar Mas Land through PT Bukit Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) and Astra Property through Astra Land Indonesia are collaborating to develop housing in the Cibubur area. Development will be carried out on an area of 80 hectares (ha).
“This year we cleared approximately 80 hectares of land. For developmentdefinitely after that,” said BSDE Director Herman Widjaya in a discussion in South Tangerang, Wednesday, August 2 2023.
According to him, the process is already underway by forming a joint company, namely PT Ruby Karya Sejahtera. Not only that, capital deposits were also made even though the value was not yet large.
“The PT has been established, the capital deposit has also been made but not yet large. The land is still being processed in Cibubur,” he said.
The authorized capital is IDR 10 billion, divided into 10 thousand shares at a price of IDR 1 million per share.
Astra Land Indonesia deposited 7,500 shares worth IDR 7.5 billion, while Bumi Serpong Damai received 2,500 shares or IDR 2.5 billion.
