Fine Acers has secured RERA approval for its flagship project, Wyndham Grand Jaipur Amer, making it India’s first RERA-approved resort project. The development is a partnership with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and is located in the Amer-Kukas/Gunawata region of Jaipur. This approval, announced on September 22, 2026, marks a significant milestone for the company, as stated in their press release.
The five-star resort spans 10.5 acres and features 278 rooms, including studios, one and two-bedroom residences, and presidential suites. It offers a spa, restaurants, leisure facilities, and event spaces, catering to luxury travelers, destination weddings, and social celebrations. The resort is designed to seamlessly blend luxury hospitality, branded residences, and professionally managed ownership, ensuring a full experience for guests and investors alike.
Fine Acers’ sale-and-leaseback model allows individual owners to purchase eligible inventory, which is then leased back for professional hospitality operations. Dinesh Yadav, Founder & Managing Director, stated that this approach integrates real estate ownership with hospitality management, creating assets with long-term relevance for both the hospitality ecosystem and owners. He emphasized that this model addresses the evolving preferences of investors who seek assets combining ownership, professional management, and a strong lifestyle proposition.
In February 2026, Fine Acers introduced Dolce Hotels & Resorts to India through an alliance with Wyndham. With the new office openings, the company anticipates generating an additional Rs 125 crore in revenue over the next year, reflecting its growing influence in the hospitality sector.
