Reliance MET City, a wholly owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited, has appointed Manish Jaiswal as Chief Executive Officer. The company announced the move in a press release on September 15, 2026. Jaiswal will lead the integrated industrial and urban development initiative’s overall business and growth strategy.
His responsibilities include driving industrial, residential, and commercial development. He will also focus on attracting new investments and strengthening the development pipeline. Jaiswal oversees strategic partnerships and business expansion initiatives as the project scales into a major economic destination in the National Capital Region.
Manish Jaiswal brings over 20 years of experience in real estate. His expertise spans business strategy, development, revenue growth, sales and marketing, land transactions, fundraising, and strategic partnerships. Prior to joining Reliance MET City, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Eldeco Group, driving the growth of its multi-city development platform across North India. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Tribeca Developers, where he was associated with the development of Trump-branded real estate projects.
Spread across 8,250 acres in Jhajjar, Haryana, Reliance MET City brings together industrial, residential, and commercial development within an integrated, master-planned environment. The project includes a dedicated Japanese Industrial Township.
